How Can severe Prostate Cancer Be Treated?

My father is suffering from prostate cancer under treatment at Max Hospital New Delhi. Channel TURP + B/L RGP + Left DJ stenting done 8 February 2017. Findings are as below 1. EUM and urethra normal 2. Prostatatic fossa relatively wide open 3. Intravesicie protrusion of prostatic growth (carcinoma prostate) overlaying B/L U/O 4. Trabeculations in Bladder 5. B/L distal ureter appears tight although RGP appearance normal Further treatment requires to Completely remove the Prostate Cancer.
